The reception staff were very helpful during check-in. Housekeepers were always happy and respectful. They were ready to help with any requests. The accommodation offered basic amenities while maintaining a clean environment. I felt the cleaning staff did their best to ensure a comfortable stay.
I found the steps around the hotel a bit difficult, especially when moving between the different levels of the complex.

The studio included memory foam beds for comfort. I also found a fridge, cooker, and microwave for meal preparation. These features enhanced my stay. A safe was also available without added cost.

The restaurant provided a varied selection of healthy food choices at affordable prices. I noticed that the dining area was spacious. Many guests enjoyed the buffet service.

a mixed bag, i suppose
dated decorpool bar
I must say, the dated decor in the room wasn't exactly inspiring. the tv remote was missing. also, the hill leading up to the place reminded me of a never-ending climb. the pool bar service was slow and drinks were served in paper cups. A bit of an odd choice, really. it wasn't all bad. but those things did take away from things.

the pool was very large, and my kids especially enjoyed it. there were no limits on how many drinks i could order per day (it was two per person at a time, which worked well for us!).
i noticed some cockroaches in and out of the room, which wasn't ideal.

The resort is located a short taxi ride from the airport. the pool has a well-stocked bar. the restaurant offers buffet meals. i found the staff very kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the friendliness of antonio, alex, francesca, jose, and junior.
the hotel is located on a hill. it was a bit of a walk down to the beach. a taxi ride back up cost just over 3 euros.
